New health plan

Invincible Lee hyori~Lee Hyori

I just got back from aerobics with ideas to start my health afresh. =D
So in about 3 weeks time, I'm gona be skinny and toned. =D

-aerobics 1x week
-walking everyday.

-Breakfast & Lunch: 3 slices of toast/french toast
-Snacks: 1 x apple, 2 x digestive biscuits [or 1 x chocolate digestive]
-dinner: rice with veg and meat [different variations: Bibimbap, stirfry, curry, tomato mix]

I won't keep to it rigidly, but its good to have structure. =D
