Ginger Tong Shui with Rice balls

I made this for pudding todaayy.

Ginger pudding soup with rice balls.
actually the rice balls were premade, but heck, they were still yummy.


Ingredients:
Pre made glutinous rice balls
Ginger
Water
Demerera sugar

Recipe
-Cut up ginger
-Put water and ginger in saucepan
-when water turns golden, add demerera sugar
-boil for 20-30 minutes
-meanwhile, boil your glutionous riceballs till they float
-rice balls in bowl, and add a little tong shui.
-serve immediately.
